Submitted hands-on challenges are scored against weighted criteria. Recruiters see criterion-level scores, cited submission evidence, strengths, and improvements, and every completed assessment ends in one clear hiring recommendation the recruiter decides on. Knowledge and behavioral multiple-choice questions are scored separately as correct or incorrect.

Integrity signals with context

The platform records limited browser-level activity signals and summarizes them for recruiter review. When the AI assistant is enabled, recruiters can review its conversations and collaboration analysis. These signals support human judgment and never auto-reject a candidate.
